Don't tell that to most of the LSU posters that are at Ulta right now buying up all the lipstick in the place. Losing your QB who threw for close to 3000 yards and 27 touchdowns with 6 interceptions who is a sophomore just does not happen. I also doubt that Kelly would be particularly happy about it either.
Something tells me that a big hit is coming to LSU and the Johnsons in particular want no part of it.

In all honesty, Max Johnson wasn't starting next year anyway. Unless he improved tremendously over the summer. I always wanted the kid to do well here but this season has been a let down. With a QB that can move his feet just a little bit, we beat Bama.

You would be wrong. Johnson would fit with what Kelly traditionally wants in a QB. Book was a game manager,this year Coan did the same thing. What hurt Johnson this year and what hurt LSU QB's the last 2 years was a really bad run game. TDP doesn't show up until the second half of Kentucky and aside from him no one else steps up.
