OPs username leads me to believe he's responsible for that schedule.

Slow your roll Charmin, too early in the season for bragging.

That looks code for a preseason schedule that isn't ready to take the training wheels off yet.

You’ll be flamed for this but LSU has taken care of business. I don’t know anything about this years Belmont team, but they’re usually pretty scrappy.

I would hope so considering the 5 teams combined is 11-12.

The game last night was impressive. Liberty doesn't seem to be as good as expected and Texas State got hammered by Vanderbilt, too, but the Belmont win was definitely a nice one. And they've been pretty convincing in all of them.

Pretty sure they've jumped from like 40 to 25 in KenPom over that stretch, so per KP's metrics they are outperforming their expectations in those games, which is a sign that they are playing well.

Yeah 3 of those teams are usually pretty good, and still may be quality wins at the end of the season. Team is loaded with forwards, with consistent guard play it's a very dangerous team. Very possibly a final 4 team with Adam Miller (huge loss), but will have to scrap way more without him

Definitely. We haven't played anyone that even comes close to having the length and athleticism that LSU has. The one thing that does seem to be different about this team compared to Wade’s previous teams is the previous teams would have made Liberty, Texas State, Belmont, etc look like the best offensive teams in the country. This team has shut all of the opponents down. Just gonna have to see how it plays out when we step up in competition.

That’s not a bad schedule for an OVC team. Let’s see how good LSU is when they start playing an actual good team.

You guys haven't played anybody except for Duke. And you lost.

Even with Duke, the first 8 games of your schedule teams are a combined 13-26 (Duke is 6-0 of that, so 7-26 without them). Probably shouldn't be talking about Charmin schedules so far.
