Miami's #8 ranking coming into this season was an absolute JOKE based on their 10-0 start to the 2017 season. It was as clear and obvious as blue sky to folks that weren't trolling and saying MUH Mark Richt is the greatest that this start was a COMPLETE fluke based off of miracle plays that helped them win against less than good teams and one score wins vs less than mediocre teams like Syracuse and an awful North Carolina last year. That start was prove to be a fluke when they lost to a bad Pittsburgh team and Clemson absolutely kicked the shite out of them.

Auburn will end any LSU delusions Saturday afternoon...it won't be pretty for LSU.

Flame away fellas.

Truth is Miami is a good team but Rosier can't run richt's overly complicated O. LSU took care of business.

You just wait until their QB completes more than 47% of his passes.

And after LSU wins....Auburn will magically become the most overrated team in college football who never deserved to be in the top 10

I can see an upset, but a "beatdown"? That's insane.

Don't act like some people aren't down playing LSU so if Auburn wins they can discredit Auburn beating 2 top 15 teams. LSU hasn't beat a team to deserve to be ranked so high.

You have zero basis for this argument at this point of the season. Zero.

Truth of the matter is its still early in the season and we have a small sample size. We don't know how elite certain teams are yet.

By the end of the year Miami will likely be ranked higher than Washington or Auburn.

Only because their remaining schedule is a slapstick comedy routine. I admire Cutcliffe and all, but when your hardest remaining game is Duke, you have serious SOS issues. And the only tough game remaining on Washington's schedule is Stanford.

Once again, the SEC has to rely on itself for tough, worthwhile games. Auburn and LSU will be facing their toughest opponents thus far in this young season come the approaching weekend.

Edit: Just saw VT on Miami's schedule. I thought they were in different divisions. My bad. Still the equivalent of Washington only having Stanford left. Both have joke schedules remaining overall.
