LSU is back with the best program in the SEC

And with Bama trending down on the gridiron and LSU trending up, we could be looking at dominating all of the Big 3 sports soon.

Congratulations. Truthfully if it were my call given a choice of a 30-0 run by the Bama BB team or a five star for real defensive tackle recruit I'm going for the DT all day long. Outside the private schools up north and so forth (and some of them are dirty) college basketball is straight up trash.

Bama all in on one sport and got nothing to show for it in the end...

Angry? LOL. I don't give a shite. Hell if it takes beating crap outta Alabama in BB or AU in baseball or Georgia in Women's golf to satisfy LSU fans then have the heck at it and go Tigers. One day your football team will be good again but it can also go down to just above Vandy/UK traditional levels...without probation. As it has done in the last 20-25 years. Unfortunately LSU won't win the natty during my remaining years on this planet. But you can be a good team in hoops and baseball so you've got that. The future contenders in the SEC are Bama, UGA next year and maybe A&M, UF and UT in future years. They've got the money and staffs. LSU will be strong but can't close the case because of those issues. If you could manage to get out of the SEC as champs (you can't) the odds of winning two are almost zero.

During my years at UA I went to Memorial to see UK, UT when they had Earnie and Bernie at some point. Charles Cleveland, the greatest athlete I ever saw and Pistol Pete when he scored 69 I believe and spit or either got spit on. He was a show. Most Bama fans, for better or worse, just don't care or much follow the others if you hadn't heard. And that is not disparaging other sports. Men's BB is trash but I read about the games some during the tournament. I did like Wimp since I played softball on his team for a time and he was a riot. Good you are good this year. You're a rival I guess for UK, AU and UT and maybe any other upstarts.

Winning a few games we're supposed to win doesn't mean jack.

WW does have the "IT" factor though and gets the most out of the available talent.

Beat Kentucky, beat Tennessee, beat Auburn, win the SEC and make the Sweet 16. Then proclaim that the Tigers are "Back."
