Who are you kidding? All these bluebloods looking at the same few candidates and LSU is slow playing them? They got rid of zero early to get their vetting out of the way and get on with it. Who knows, they may well have a deal in place and are waiting to announce, but they have been offering candidates this job through Sexton and friends.

I’m all for LSU getting a good coach and I think they will but don’t start with the “have not offered a formal offer” BS. Sure there are maybe 2 or 3 people that don’t know how it works but it honestly just makes LSU appear desperate when fans start saying this nonsense.
