I'm just surprised they even found a candidate since you insist that no one wants to work with Orgeron

Me too. Apparently they didn't do a good job of reading his NFL contract though

Has this guy ever been a coordinator at any level? What's with O being unable to hire anybody that's actually ever called a play?

He’s not completely inexperienced, though, when it comes to being a defensive coordinator. Nielsen was a co-defensive coordinator at Northern Illinois in 2012. He was also the defensive coordinator at Central Connecticut State from 2008-2009.

Yes, at a tiny arse Connecticut school.

This is the first year O has hired someone as OC or DC that hasn't previously called plays.

It's at Football scoop and SDS as well. I'm sure it will work out for you, but it might take a bit or you have to buy out his contract or the like

Everything I've read suggests the Saints just aren't signing off on it, not necessarily that LSU flubbed their homework on the contract.

Saints are really mad at Devin White and Fournette ending their playoff run.

She has some really nice bikini pics if someone were so inclined to search for them under the name Jane Slater.

What could the Saints do? Make him repay part of his salary?

Saints will sign off on this. It’s really bad optics for them if they don’t.

Any reasoning for the Saints blocking the move? Do they want to keep him that badly? Or maybe some kind of tampering? Just salty and don’t want him to move on? It’s pretty commonplace for coaches to change positions frequently, so it seems like a strange move on their part.
