LSU Fans: Now what?

The more I learn about Coach O the man, the more I like him. Solid, down home family man who is living his Childhood dream as the home state boy.
Serious question, can he keep this up for 5-10 years? It will be interesting to see as he loses Burrow and others and when his coaching staff starts getting poached. It’s not as easy as it looks for one year. Looks like he knows how to hire and delegate, which so many HCs don’t know how to do (Malzahn). Will be a fun 2020 season.
Congrats on a phenomenal season.

LOL, didn’t even have time to read it and downvoted. Triggered after winning a NC. So predictable.

Here's your attention.

The shrimp boat captain turned out to be ok

It is nice knowing that you have a coach that isn't looking to go any further. He is where he wants to be.
Not saying he can't or that he doesn't have ambition, but when he says he has the job he wants you know it is true.
I think that is a feeling LSU fans haven't experienced in a long time.

I pretty much said that. You people are so insecure after winning a NC you can’t take a compliment and a legit question. Not surprised, honestly.

He is. Can he stay there is the question.

The irony.

Yep. Coach O will have LSU 15-0 every season for the next 10 years

With Oeaux at the helm LSU is set to shine for a long time. He is the perfect coach in the perfect setting and at the perfect time.

Just enjoying the present today, it's a nice feeling to carry the title "National Champs" for a while!

This is the delusion I expected. Thank you for coming through.

Brennan not near as accurate as Burrow was and decision making in this offense from the QB is key.
O will have it rolling next ten years.
Will be lucky to keep Brady for another 3 years. Great playcaller.
That will be the key hire once again.
The analyst on staff Munoz would make for a solid coordinator once Brady bolts. Munoz probably will get a job somewhere this offseason with Oregon being mentioned.
He would most likely come back once Brady would leave to be offen coord.

Watching the team this year, what stood out to me, aside from the obviously exceptional Burrow, is that it is a well coached and disciplined team, with really good chemistry. There wasn't a lot of bullshite drama or diva behavior on either side of the ball, and there is/was a lot of self policing by the players. At this point, Orgeron appears to be building a really solid, well run program. I think Tiger fans have good reason to be optimistic about continued success.

Hell just drop his nets and catch more talent.

Any of my corndog bros that want to become bama or clemson are wrong...those that even imagine the word Dynasty are silly.
This feeling we are feeling today is because we don't have a Dynasty.
Uber-competitive 9 or 10-win seasons in the SECW with a natty run every 10 or so?
fricking
Yes, please.
The light wouldn't exist without the darkness. When winning becomes a job...frick all that. A Dynasty ruins the experience.

Why so many downvotes?
Seems to be pretty sincere and honest question.
I guess only time will tell. Obviously players will come and go but he's a great recruiter so the talent will always be there. The coaching changes will come one day and this is where I'm curious to see what he does or who we get when that does happen.
I think going forward will be compete at a high level however, it would be hard to repeat this season. It's easy to get to the top, the hard part is staying up there.
