Intermittent explosive disorder (IED) can stem from stress, or underlying mental health conditions like anxiety or depression, and can be quite destructive.

De-escalation and avoiding external stressors are often keys to a happier mental state.

True but I do want to give the ones who engage in this behavior:

1. A safe space for harm reduction

2. An expo for those who want to see what this behavior looks like.

I guess this will be the thread in which I choose to say good game, Tide.

Y'all were the better, more physical and talented team by far. You could just tell our offense was was overmatched and undersized.

Good luck the rest of the way. I hope each and every one of you Alabama fans has a very unpleasant Sunday and perhaps painfully stub your toe sometime later this week.

Looks like DeBeor has turned out to be an excellent hire.

To be fair, I think they were frustrated by the lack of capitalizing on Bama’s mistakes. LSU in the past would be able to seize those opportunities and could have even won the game if they had better coaching and direction. They have talented players. I would melt, too, if I was them. I also melted over how poorly Bama played last night, not gonna lie. Defense is the only saving grace of this team.

I mean , im not really sure its a melt.

Our season is over, but the Bama we saw last night is done in the first round of any playoff. I mean , 2025 LSU is rough.

And yet we were only favored to win by 9.5 which we exceeded. So I don't get the melt.

We could lose to anyone. We could also beat anyone. But when you get beat by someone by the score they were essentially to beat you by, then why this particular melt?

Sorry, it just screams middle school level melt. Which is fine for 12 year olds. Hence my thread on the subject.

It is a melt and it's not even an excusable one.

WTF is this "we won the game" melt?

Bama fans ladies and gentlemen. Not a single thing in nature sadder.
