Yeah well LSU also has two national championships in that time frame as well. One of those championships being in a season where LSU actually lost to Arkansas. With how late LSU plays Arkansas very few of the games have actually mattered anyway.

They matter a great deal to me and a lot of other Arkansas and LSU fans because it's a rivalry game.

I don't mean to poo poo on Arkansas but outside of comeuppance in 2016, the Arkansas game has never really meant anything to LSU fans, and that's probably why Arkansas has been able to defeat LSU teams that on paper have outmatched them.
Maybe one day it'll turn into a reciprocal rivalry but right now it's just a game. The emerging rivalry for LSU right now is Moo State.

Try to pretend you don't care about winning the Golden Boot. You can try, but you know you do. This goes for both sides. You care because it's a rivalry, and a good one at that.

It looks kinda cool but honestly I don't know any fellow LSU fans or even alumni that actually care about Arkansas unless they're from Arkansas.

Border states, in the same conference, in the same division, where you can throw all the stats and preconceived notions about the game out of the window when they play. Sounds like a rivalry.
