Pay him $4m per year with a $10m buyout.
Insert Ray Liotta laffing gif for me please.
Coach O isn’t going anywhere, why have a buyout that high?

CBSC Lobotomy did me a solid and took care of it yesterday.

Finished #6 in the country and preseason top 10 for 2019.
Bottom half of SEC in salary and buyout will be half that in two years.
What's laughable??

This has been covered. Coach O is doing a great job. Sorry that bothers you.

Basketball season is almost over, really excited for Tennessee fans to return to irrelevancy.

He was on the hot seat entering last season.

That’s actually a pretty reasonable buyout, that it drops all the way to $4 million after 2020 is extremely low

You continue to prove you know absolutely nothing about anything outside of LSU athletics. Congrats.

What are you talking about?

Orgeron is 25-9 since taking over LSU as the interim coach, four games into the 2016 season.

Orgeron is two seasons into his current contract, which is set to expire on Dec. 31, 2021, in which he is making $3.5 million per year — a figure that ranked 36th nationally among FBS head coaches, according to USA Today, and 10th among head coaches in the Southeastern Conference.
The new figure would rank Orgeron 24th nationally, tied with Virginia Tech head coach Justin Fuente, and it would rank eighth in the SEC.
Story from The Advocate
Tell me again why this is so terrible again.

From Nola.com article:
After taking over as interim head coach — and eventually permanent head coach — for former coach Les Miles, Orgeron is 25-9. He went 9-4 in 2017 and was placed on many national outlets’ coaching hot seat lists entering 2018.
Then, he led LSU to a 10-3 season, a New Year’s Six Bowl victory in the Fiesta Bowl and the No. 6 ranking in the country in the final polls.

There's a big, big difference between 2 years and 10 years. It's not as if he's anywhere near the top of the conference in salary. It's all about appearances for recruits.

Because he isn’t going anywhere and no other college is going to hire Orgeron away from LSU. I’m not dissing Coach O either.
