I'm guessing maybe when this game was originally scheduled it looked like a decent matchup but Louisville is going to get absolutely rolled. I have a feeling this is going to look like that Bama/USC opener a few years ago.

I am no Alabama fan, in fact I despise them. But Louisville needs to shut up. They are embarrassing themselves!!

Believing in your team is okay. Going full Simple Jack is not. May God have mercy on their souls.

I don’t think it’s ever worked out it anyone’s favor to come out talking shite like Louisville has. They’re about to get pounded.

They're doing their best to make this inevitable arse whooping enjoyable, which I thank them for.

Nobody in Louisville feels like they have a chance. The most hopeful I've heard from one of their fans was "I think we can keep it somewhat close into the second quarter while they're still trying to knock the rust off. Then they will have their way with us"

We didn't talk this much shite but our players were talking a little bit in 2014 and 2015

Alabama has a talent for scheduling opponents that "looked like a decent matchup" on paper but in actuality are trash.

Welp USC did the same exact thing and I recall Ryan Anderson at one of the scrimmages saying "we're going to whip their arse". Was completely on all their minds. LV just doesn't even know what's about to happen.

They couldn't even beat Mississippi State when we were down at our worst in the past few years and they were at their best. Good luck beating Bama at their best without your heisman winner. This is essentially a FCS vs FBS Neutral site game.

You're better off getting Bama mid to late season.. when we are a bit tired... The first game dudes want to EAT!

I think it's brilliant on UL's part. There was every chance Bama could've bee a little less excited about this opener than they have been the last few years being 4TD favorites and all, but UL is doing what they can to keep Bama engaged. I don't see how anything could get sideways for UL doing this unless I'm missing something obvious.

Nice attempt trying to hype your weak opener.

"We want Bama" has been spoken, Satan will now visit them, I mean Saban will now visit them.

Louisville and Petrino still have me concerned about our secondary. Pass is no chump. He was highly recruited and Bobby always put a great offensive product in the field. Regardless of the QB that’s in the field I think Bama goes heavy run to help protect the defense. Hopefully we still pass on nontraditional downs to keep them honest. I don’t think Bama wants to get into a score fest with them. It’s not Bamas style of play. Great players or not it’s never been Bamas identity.
