Louisiana Tech has a better chance against MS ST than the Hawgs PER ESPN

OK, so in looking at the FPI changes, and talking about Bama and MS ST I saw this:
Sat, Nov 3 vs Louisiana Tech 95.2%
Sat, Nov 17 vs Arkansas 96.0%

It makes sense because La Tech has a better football team than Arkansas

That index gives them an 8.6% chance of beating LSU in BR.

Is it really that surprising? Arkansas lost 44-17 at home to a CUSA team and they lost to Colorado State who got stomped by a mediocre Florida team.
From what I’ve seen so far, the 2018 Arkansas football team is without question the worst team they’ve fielded in the last 50 years. 1-11 is a real possibility and that’s not good for the future of the hogs because the only way you can get to a low that low is to have a combination of severe lack of talent and piss poor coaching. I hope my Tigers don’t humiliate themselves and lose to them this Thanksgiving.

I'm 46 and they're easily the worst hog team I remember seeing. Maybe history has soothed memories but I really don't think so.

Just think, since both are in November, if we still had Mullen they'd probably both be 50/50.
