Well, we all know reporters are always 100% correct with their information all the time.
It is curious with all of the press coverage on sexual assaults the past 20 plus years, that the women failed to contact the police, get a rape kit done and wait four years to come forward.
Forget the bad judgement of getting blind drunk and inviting a man over in the middle of the night without expecting some sort of interaction.
If Guice is guilty and there is evidence proving that then he should do time.
Without a Police report filed, what can as school really do ?
I was tortured at the US Post Office but I was so messed up and confused and I quit due to my failing health and I did tried to commit suicide. I had no one believing me. There were other things happened to me as well. I am telling you I was not able to sue the Post Office because it was over 180 days! I still have not recovered and have been dealing with other problems over the years. Not always easy to report things right away.

Dan Wolken isn’t a politician. He’s a “journalist” but really just a woke troll like you

Not talking about this bro. That argument is separate.
I am referring to the losers blaming the victims for making the completely reasonable decision to not go to the police. I’m also browsing Twitter, which is far more toxic and has people outright claiming it was their fault for passing out.

I know. I was explaining why it’s okay to hate Wolken despite our similar alignments.

Why are you so pathetic? You’re admittedly spending your time reading through random twitter trolls in defense of your claims people on here are defending rape. Just stfu already

In 1991, a Dade County woman was granted a restraining order against Orgeron after accusing him of repeated violence. (A permanent injunction was granted.) Many leftists hate themselves, so that makes sense.

According to the article LSU has no title IX complaint from either girl naming Guice.
Victim #1 - Tells her friend. Friend tells the diving coach. Diving Coach reports it. Third hand at this point. LSU does not ignore it. LSU affirmatively reaches out to the girl to essentially get her statement/version of the events. She says no. Basically says in the article she wanted nothing to do with an official investigation.
Victim # 2 - tells no one right after it happens. Kicked off tennis team for drug abuse. Goes to rehab. In rehab tells employee about alleged rape. Rehab employee tells LSU. According to LSU the rehab employee never mentioned Guice by name. Girl eventually tells her Dad. Dad tells Tennis coach. Tennis coach says she doesn’t believe it happened.
Orgeron’s Comment - The article is clear that the entire team knew Guice slept with the girl #1. He was bragging about it. She was dating another player. She says she tried to spread word through the grapevine to other members of the team that it wasn’t consensual. Unclear how many people believed her. Again this is the girl who refused to even give a statement to the school. O hears rumors/senses a divide amongst the team because of Guice sleeping with this guys girlfriend. He tries to smooth it over by saying “well that happens.”
That’s all the article says

So, you're confirming that Orgeron was never arrested for beating his wife. Thanks!

Then why do you find it so difficult to admit the evidence is pointing towards negligence of the tennis coach more than anything? Orgeron isn’t going to have knowledge to make a report if no complaint was ever filed by the person made aware of the allegation. Orgeron hearing about a player having sex w another players girlfriend isn’t exactly something that warrants any investigation.
But, like your boy Wolken, that’s not as juicy as the head football coach covering up a rape, so let’s just play that angle as best as possible

Why do you keep repeating this? They are separate issues that came out in the same article.

Okay? That wasnt his wife.
The permanent injunction was also lifted a year later.
Swing and a miss.

Because it’s part of the article! It has nothing to do with the Title IX failures. I can post about both!
Both will be addressed though, do you not agree?
A lot of people who follow CFB have seen that quote.
It will likely make it’s way to Finebaum.
