Neither of these would have resulted in a criminal conviction.
Yet you're advocating for a Title IX investigation in which the victims werent going to participate.
I'm really not sure what you want from LSU.

Damn Plate, WTH is LSU supposed to do when a student won’t go to the cops, won’t file a complaint with LSU, won’t go to the ER for a rape rape test when she wakes up the next morning and finds out she’s got “trauma down there?”

What is legally required of them. This isn’t difficult.
Maybe they did have formal reports on the books, which is all they need. If they did, I would think they would have clarified it already, but we’ll see how the next couple of days play out.

You're saying there was no point in the victims going to the police because it wouldn't do any good yet you want LSU to conduct an investigation with no input from the victims.
Interesting logic.

You sound like a Baylor or Penn St fan. Good grief. It’s all about to come out that several coaches knew, other players, friends of the women, etc... this shite always gets worse.

Title IX cases don’t provide adequate due process for the accused. In short, what Obama did for them is fricking horseshite.

The girl he supposedly raped didn't even report it to police. That is sketchy right off the bat. If he did in fact do what they're accusing him of, then he should be and will be prosecuted and do prison time. I don't understand how someone accusing another of such a horrible act doesn't even report it to the police. It just doesn't make sense.

Even if this is true, not much can be done if the women themselves don't wish to file a complaint after being contacted.

One girl admits she told LSU she didn’t want to file a report, and the other girls father reported the incident a year later to the women’s tennis coach, and that could blow up in the tennis coaches face for failing to report
Neither of these women is even saying any football coach buried a single thing. So please, point to the similarity between Baylor and penn state
If the women’s tennis coach covered this up I want her gone.

Correct.

Hell, I can also allege that guice raped me 4 years ago, but I didn't report it to the police or have any law enforcement involved in any fashion...which is my responsibility as the accuser. It just doesn't sound too reliable of a situation. Perhaps one should go to the police immediately once a crime, especially one of this magnitude, has supposedly taken place. Just very obvious common sense. This is the main reason why this accusation is fishy to say the least.

I believe so, but that’s not directly relevant right now.
If this story grows legs, that will come up in the news.
