what exactly do you suggest that LSU does about the situation?

It is clearly defined what their role is. They are to investigate within their legal authority to do so.

And, according to the article, there is a title ix report from incident 2, the only incident reported to lsu

Why are you so angry right now? You want the womens tennis coaches head on a platter that bad. She is a female by the way, just in case that matters to your anger level

Well, we all know reporters are always 100% correct with their information all the time.

These reporters are being transparent with who their sources are and aren’t. They also spent months on this and seem solid for sports journalists.

For the record, if you see Pat Forde or Wolkien babbling about this, they are likely copying and pasting stuff from the original two reporters.

They aren’t just retweeting stuff like Forde and Wolkien

This is not correct.

That doesn’t make a lick of sense. These girls allegedly had a felony committed against them that can result in decades of prison time for the perp.

I haven't read everything out there on the situation, but I believe it's been said on here that both women were contacted by LSU and both declined to file a complaint. Is that incorrect?

And, in this investigation, the only lsu coaches who are linked to being informed about the situation are:

the diving coach, who did report it, and lsu followed up with that girl who refused to file a complaint

and

the womens tennis coach by the father in may of 2017. Unclear on if she reported it properly

You agree with this?

LSU never received a formal complaint about incident 1

They tried to contact the girl and she refused to cooperate. You are blaming this on them too?

It is extremely difficult to prove rape in a criminal case and doing so against a star football player would get you a shite ton of hate. Guice probably would have had to sit out when this was happening and then he would be let off and be very pissed off.

There is a separate investigation that is now painting h as a violent and dangerous person.

He wasn't a star football player when this happened.

My understanding is that it is likely correct for one and incorrect for the other.

LSU has made no official statement other than the initial “we take all allegations seriously.”

They can’t lie about this, so their next statement will clear things up a lot more.

Oh ok. She's lying then.

Surprised LSU have been at it defending this all day.
It's better to realize this is about to get bad than get surprised later.

I would say if it’s as serious of crime as rape, it’s not LSU’s responsibility. Should be a criminal investigation by the police, and should’ve been reported to the police if true.

The lawsuit is against the NCAA. The women claim the NCAA didn’t protect them from sexual abuse. There’s no lawsuit against LSU.

No one from LSU is defending Guice. Dude is a moron.

However, we are defending ourselves from the half arse accusations about there being a massive cover up conspiracy.
