Does anyone actually know what kind of work Tua’s parents do for a living?
Also, how much did their Alabaster house sell for? I’m interested to see it.

Way less than what their house in Hawaii sold for. Probably had enough equity in their Hawaiian house to pay straight cash for a home in Alabaster.

He’s an engineer and she sells Avon. Their house was purchased for $320k. They sold their home in Hawaii for $605k.

Their house in Hawaii listed for about $630,000. So I think they could buy one in Alabama.

They could just be renting out their house in Hawaii. Which be more than enough to pay a mortgage in Alabaster.
