Leach.
Kiffin will either get fired or take another job offer depending on how he does.

I think they're both going to get at least 3 years, both probably last around 8 - 10. Coin flip, though.
They're good enough to make those teams competitive but not really get over the hump. Unless Leach gets his hands on a pretty highly rated QB.
He can literally turn anyone outside of Feleipe Franks into an above average QB.

Agree with Leach. I think he'll stay for a long time. He has shown to deliver mediocre results, and MSU is completely fine with mediocracy.
Kiffin will either win a lot of games and move on to a bigger pond, or he will crash and burn and return to being an OC for a power 5 school.

He's the first head coach in Washington State history to get 11 wins, that's not mediocre.

Depends on whether or not Lane’s next gig is in conference.

Leach won't recruit for shite and K-fun will be fired in 3-4 years for major violations, so Leach by default.

Leach. He loves these low expectation hellholes.
Kiffin will take Ole Miss to bowl games in year 2 and 3, then head back to USC when they fire Helton. Dude is not staying in Oxford MS any longer than necessary.

Kiffin will probably have the clap before seasons end, so I am going with Leach.

Oxford is the best college town in America..great restaurants, women shopping...art, books, etc...no one leaves voluntarily

I will take that bet.

Very few do well enough to have that privilege.
Except the next Senator from Alabama.

Leach.
Kiffin's pride will move him out of the SEC W ASAP. He knows 10 wins and spoiler is the best case scenario at UM. He'll be at a bigger SEC program or out of Conference school at his first chance.
That said, he will mastermind a Heisman worthy Plumlee offensive attack next year.

If he masterminds a backup QB with average passing skills at Ole Miss to be Heisman worthy then he will likely have them in the playoffs or at a minimum be deserving of coach of the year awards.
I believe Kiffin stays longer. Ole Miss is in a great town with a fan base that wants to have success to match their ego. Leach is going to lose interest in a couple of years. I think it’s pretty obvious he just wants to test his offense against what was once the best defensive division in the country and is still the best division in the country. I think he retires just after Saban leaves Alabama, so probably four or five years.
