Life is tough being a MSU fan right now but I’m not hating on others.

I was pretty realistic coming into the season but this reminds me of the Croom years.
With 27 players graduated , and while not all went in the first round but others were drafted and / or found NFL rosters. We shouldn’t have expected a good season but this is bad, I mean really bad.
With a true freshman QB and players suspended for 8 games, it just made things even worse. Moorhead isn’t going anywhere for now because I think our AD understands much of this but he’s probably on a short leash.
In the meantime, I’m not one of those who is part of the misery likes company crowd. There are some very good teams in our league so I’ll just have to enjoy watching how things play out. Good luck to the rest of you. And don’t feel bad for those of us who love MSU. We always have beer to numb the pain.

There was no reason not to get to 6 this year. And yet that's where we stand. Pathetic!!!!

I do understand the situation with MSU. Just hang in there! It might take two years to get back to full roster. SEC west division is one of the toughest division if not the best! Need to have depth and good backups and stay healthy and stay out of trouble. Good luck to the rest of the season! Pretty sure next year shall be better for MSU.

Honestly, you cheated like a mofo and got caught. Stop with the “Bama turned us in because we beat them” or MSU wanted to get even crap.
ETA: We put 10 players on 8 game suspensions and the Ncaa didn’t have to find it, we told THEM.

I'm a level-headed State fan---
I was thinking a 7-5 season was the max with the losses on defense.
But the offense has actually regressed and the defense is PAC-12 style bad.
Losses going into the season--
Bama
LSU
AU
A&M
and on the road at Knoxville
After watching the defense going into the K-State game...I was unsure if we'd win that non-conference matchup. We did not...but could still win at TENN the way they were playing. Didn't do that. Honestly after the AU performance, I was thinking may just be vs Abeline Christian. And it looks that way.
State looks unprepared, undisciplined, dis-interested, and mentally and physically weak especially on the defensive side of the ball.
What a 180 degree turn from last year's physicality.

I’m just ready for basketball/baseball season at this point. Ready to watch games at the dude again
