Tigerbaws:

What is your expectation next year for offense and overall record? Can’t say I’ve watched enough to know who’s backing Joe up, so I have no idea what to expect after he’s done ripping the SEC a new one this year.

I’ll hang up and listen.

Joe Brady has stated numerous times Myles Brennan can run the offense effectively

Why do A&M users create threads about any SEC team but their own?

Slight dropoff to Brennan are our hopes and wishes. He wont be Burrow but he can sling the pigskin better than most. Dline should be improved which will help out alot. Our young LBers and CBs will also have a year under their belts which will only help the porous D

I go pretty in depth here about how hard we’re gonna fall off.

You just can’t rely on their lack of talent in 2020 and expect not to take a massive step back. I mean think about it

At QB you’ll have to turn to 4* Elite 11, fourth year Myles Brennan who only owns every MS passing record ever running an RPO west coast system. Lol he’s spent 2 years behind Joe Burrow. He’s for sure gonna be terrible.

At WR they’ll have to rely on

5* Jamar Chase - 1,116 yds and 13 TDS to this point this year

5* Terrace Marshall - Missed 3 games this year and still has 8 TDs

5* Rakim Jarrett - Freak show

4* Jermaine Burton - Top 40 kid, very good chance he finishes as a 5*

4* Kayshon Boutte - Top 50 kid, may end as a 5*. He can fly

4* Koy Moore
4* Trey Palmer
4* DeVonta Lee
4* Racey McMath
4* Jaray Jenkins

RBs will only have

5* John Emery - #1 RB in the country in 2018. Absolute monster.

5* Zach Evans - #1 RB in the country in 2019. Highest ranked Texas RB since Adrian Peterson.

4* Tyrion Davis-Price - Only reason he’s not averaging 100 ypg now is the fact that he’s behind the SECs best RB

At TE they’ll have a scrub is Thad Moss doesn’t come back

5* Arik Gilbert - Highest ranked TE prospect in decades. In 247 sports history

They’ll have to use this joke talent with Joe Brady calling plays haha

I see a significant drop from 47 PPG. I’m thinking only 41-42 PPG

TLDR: You’re all fricked

Brennan will be a bit of a downgrade, but LSU's RBs will be better with everyone returning.

Brennan will serve up Eggs Sardou, Shrimp Sardou, Benedict, turtle soup, and tornado filet mignon all over that SEC arse!

Well, let’s see. They’re prolly gonna run the table until at least the CFP final, will probably win the Heisman, and I haven’t watched the late game play in their blowouts.

I’m just spitballing here, but it could be that they are the most relevant team in the SEC this year.

Sorry, but there is only so many times we can talk about the dumpster fire that is the Tennessee football program. Phil’s vanity project just isn’t that interesting, at least during the actual football season. Now, crank up another coaching search clown show again, and we’ll be all over it.

The offense is on a historic pace, so it would be ludicrous to expect the same production next season without Burrow. That said, Brennan has a very good arm and time in the system so we will see if he can step up and take the reins effectively.

Well I can guarantee he’ll never throw for less than 36 yards like some of the most overrated QBs in history.

Both our guards graduate, one of the backups has seen a lot of time this year in the rotation, and none of the would-be returners should go pro, so I expect we should have a solid line.

We lose Clyde, and the guys behind him aren't as good, but they'll work.

We keep two of our three most important WRs and our most important TE, and we have some nice depth there behind the WRs.

Most importantly, Myles isn't as good as Joe but is pretty good, so assuming we keep Brady I expect we will be fine. You won't see Joe's otherworldly saves, but I expect Myles will get better offensive line play, so overall I expect we'll be fine.

This is ignoring the fact that we have great recruits lining up to come play.

We caught lightning in a bottle with Joe, but we've got other sources of electricity to keep the machine running.

Do you mean by leading his team to the CFP and one play from a natty as a freshman?

Or like career stats of 65% completions, 7300 yards to date, 70-16?

Or like winning 3 straight division titles, 1 SEC so far, and a CFP semifinal?

Or like winning 33 games to date?
