I see a lot of smack talk coming from a lot of LSU fans that you will beat Bama. Is this just a vocal few or do the majority of you also believe this?

It’s still September; they always think in September they will beat Bama.

Oh they do. That’s what makes each time Bama beats them even more awesome.

If Auburs offense keeps improving they are the most dangerous team for Alabama in the west.

It’s actually pretty entertaining watching them talk about beating bama in September, losing to them, being sad about it for a few weeks, finishing the season somewhat strong, being somewhat humble during the summer, having one good game to start the season, and then them going full circle about beating bama again.

It’s a pretty funny cycle I Must admit

At this point, I am just pretty sure we score this year. Baby steps.

For the most part.

I remain optimistic as a fan.
However, there is no denying what happened the last few years.

LSU has its best chance to beat Bama this year vs years past. Our D needs to improve.

We'll have a full two weeks of this before the game. The nonsense will be terrible. Let's try not to start this in September. Will just make it a harder fall for LSU.

Lsu fans in this thread:

LSU can beat the gumps any year.
We just...haven't in a while.

I don't respect their fake natty bullshite and absolutely don't fear peTUniA.

That's why it's recommended every year that they dummy up so not to embarrass themselves, but.......

At what point in a streak should a fanbase give up? Let's say Bama and UGA make the SECCG this year. Will UGA resign to losing since they've lost 5 straight to Bama? Or does the streak have to be bigger than that? Give me a number of consecutive wins at which point a third party should start to get their panties in a wad for one team having the gall to think they have a chance against another.

You already know that answer, a few is correct. We are only 4 games in to this season and any talk about LSU and Bama is just way to early to start up yet.

Its too early for all that nonsense. My only hope is that Bama can remain undefeated by the time the Tigers go to Death Valley East.
