Sure.
Can anyone board tell me about the NIL deals they have lined up?
No one on this has been able to tell me about em.

The way A&M is using the NIL is near the front of the curve, but it is also being greatly overstated. It’ll get dialed back soon. In the grand scheme of things not all that much is changing. It’ll just be more public.

We have no need to publicize them. That makes you look like you’re trying to gain recruits solely based on big NIL deals. Texas has to do stuff like that, we don’t.

That’s it... 9-1 against an all SEC schedule.

It has been hashed and rehashed, it is a wornout topic.

My thoughts is LSU fans are obsessed with Aggy and it’s adorable.

Well technically you can't if involves a recruit and he hasnt stepped on campus but I'd like to hear about current deals and I believe all NIL deals have to be submitted to the NCAA bit I'm not sure about public disclosure.

Like signing the top recruiting class based solely on NIL deals?

Here are the three answers you can choose from:
1. How about no? There is no reason for anyone to show you or anyone else shite. The disclosure of any financial matters are solely the solely the discretion of the two parties. There is zero requirement to make it public.
2. Maybe that’s because the rumors of the amounts are ridiculously overstated? If I were a student athlete or the athletic department, let the rest of the conference think our football recruits are pulling in millions. Why would I want to stop that? If anything it helps us when you are being stupid.
3. Maybe the reason your not hearing anything is because deals can’t even be mentioned during the recruiting process pretty much and no NIL deals with any of the student athletes have been finalized let alone negotiated. Maybe when that happens some information will come out or maybe it won’t. Not up to you.

It is a bad deal for college football, but the Supreme Court says it is legal. NCAA is basically unable to prohibit it.
Since the money is a private deal between player and payer, I am not sure how much is actually changing hands. The numbers reported by an Oklahoma University website are pretty much baloney. Real journalist have not written about it because they just don't know the numbers.
Some players are getting paid, but it is probably just walking around money. No doubt there will be many athletes driving new cars. It is what was done previously but it is now legal.
Since there is a lot of money from A&M former students, we will participate but so will the Alabama's, Notre Dames, texas university, OU, LSU's etc of the world.

That's the problem with throwing shade on... well, whoever. As far as I can tell there is no requirement to report on any NIL deals. Until/unless there is, any "They spent $25 million for this class" posts are speculation at best.
Folks complaining that A&M must be "cheating" to get this class are ignoring: 1) Fisher and staff have always been good recruiters. Top 10 for last 3 years. 2) Houston area has produced a remarkable amount of talent in this year's class. Great for A&M, but this won't always be true. 3) ut continues to suck on the field. That always helps (and as an aside, makes me smile). LSU has been only marginally better the last 2 years. (Yadda yadda yadda, yeah I'm aware of 27-24.) OU is, to put it charitably, in a bit of turmoil. Those 3 are clearly the main competition for recruits in Texas.
I expect this to level out in the coming years. I think there has to be some sort of accounting of NIL deals by the NCAA to address "fairness", but I'm not sure the NCAA has the chops to do it.

But there is a requirement to make the details known to the NCAA.BTW why wouldn't you want publicize it?
