If he is there 10 years and the recruiting he is doing then he will win the SEC at least once. Saban can’t do it every year, he didn’t even do it last year. I’d say A&Ms future is second brightest in the West.

This is a true statement and the same applies to Mullen at Florida. It is not unusual for the first year with a new coach to be erratic.

Saban went 7-6 his first year at Bama and won 12 games the next year.
Smart went 8-5 his first year and won 13 the next.

Both A&M and Florida will get a better idea of how their coaches are doing next year.
