Based off of one football season? NC State is typically terrible, you'd be calling for their replacement in 3 years.
I think you should kick out every team with less SECCG appearances than Mizzou first.

We could just add UNC and KU
+ both know how to cheat at the elite levels and not get busted for it
+ Mizzou would have a renewed rival
+ basketball credits would flow to the SEC coffers
+ 2 more AAU schools before MU loses theirs
+ some "gimmie" football wins for The Six
