I'll start it off by keeping it simple.

The game will be played indoors obviously, just think about the sheer numbers they should be able to put up in perfect climate controlled weather. LSU's lowest scoring game this year was in the weather. If LSU's red zone offense is clicking, they will be hard to score with.

X factor- Thad Moss in the red zone

UGA's defense has 2 cb's that could be #1 cb's on almost any team. If they create a turnover or two, the game could become a nail biter. Regardless of strength of offenses they have played, they have simply kept teams out of the end zone. The clock control strategy doesn't work against teams that can strike quick.

X factor- UGA's ability to create turnovers turn overs and take away potential LSU scoring drives.

LSU - powerful offense with a cool headed and accurate QB.

UGA - Minus the Bama games that his team nearly won both, I don't think Kirby has lost a game to a team that he lost the previous game to. He is one seriously focused son of a gun and revenge means more to him.

LSU - I honestly can't see the GA offense that I've watched all year long scoring the number of points needed to beat LSU if LSU plays it's normal game.

GA - If their running game is going, they may shorten the game, control the clock, keep LSU's O off the field and out of rhythm.

LSU - they are better

UGA - it's football - a few key breaks and the lesser team can end up winning.

I do not have to speak about LSU’s offense as we all know they are a well oiled machine.

UGA: our OL and running game keeping LSU O off the field. Also, it will basically be a home game.

LSU- because most of UGA's already lackluster offensive production is either hurt or out of the game. If LSU is up by 14 or more at half, UGA is going to have a tough time getting back into the game.

UGA- I think UGA needs to win the turnover battle by at least 2 to win the game.

I don't know about that. I'm sure Georgia will have more fans (like they always do in Atlanta), but LSU hasn't been to the SECCG since 2011 and they have known they are in for a few weeks. I wouldn't be surprised if they have 40% of the crowd support and it ends up something like 50% UGA, 40% LSU, and the usual 10% neutral/corporate types at the SECCG.

GA: That GA Defense can keep them in the game and the offensive style, if firing, could shorten the game, giving them the win.

LSU: Lsu offense just seems to be peaking at the right moment. It is not just Burrow, it is that running game. And I think the defense is playing angry right now after the comments that have been motivational material.

I would probably feel a little more optimistic for GA if not for the lack of receiving threats and nagging injuries.

I had to read it several times. It is like he is using a random word generator.

Either drinking or on a serious note, he might need to get help. strokes can cause written word scrambles as well as verbal.

Last night, I rewatched last year's LSU/UGA game.

You saw hints of what LSU's offense would become but there were a lot of kinks to work out. No Brady yet.
Burrow made some bad throws that UGA defenders dropped and some throws that missed wipe open receivers. LSU had to settle for 5 field goals.

But LSU's defense completely annihilated UGA. They were completely lifeless until Fields came in and gave LSU enough pause to allow Holyfield to do his thing and finally get UGA in the end zone.

This year -- no Fields. Fromm appears to have progressed very little. LSU's defense may not be what it was but is still more than good enough to give Fromm fits.

And more importantly, the LSU offense is much improved. Settling for 5 field goals appears extremely unlikely.

I think the only question is how much will LSU win by.

This is a solid argument.

I don't know about the revenge angle but certainly great coaches make their mark by relentlessly scheming up ways to get the best of their opponent.

Maybe Kirby comes up with a fake FG that works this time or finds a way to exploit LSU's defense (like Bama did with that brilliant move late in the game for the easy score).

You make a good case for LSU winning big.

I haven't rewatched that game or the SCar one from this year. I don't know why Kirby's teams have had that one, wth moment the last two seasons. They come out flat and unprepared and let an inferior team like LSU or SC run all over them. It is odd.

Then, they prepare and give teams like Bama that are "the team of destiny" a battle for their lives.

I am eager for tomorrow's battle. I honestly don't know how it will turn out. UGA fans are not generally as confident as LSU fans, but we also know that we have a good team and it can go our way.

If UGA can run the ball consistently, they will attempt to control the clock and keep Burrow off the field. This would also open up their passing game.

If LSU can run effectively, that will open up their passing game which will be a death nail for Georgia. Auburn mostly rushed 3 and kept 8 in protection which helped but LSU still passed for 320. While Auburn has a better D front, Georgia has a better secondary. Will be interesting.

As has been said, it’s college football where anything can and often does happen. Untimely penalties, turnovers, matchups, Burrow has a bad game, Fromm has a bad game. It’s why I never bet on college football.

Georgia is a significantly better team than S.C. We were a 29 point favorite and lost at home for a variety of reasons. Anyone who doesn’t think these things don’t happen often don’t know Jack about college football.

It’s 70/30 right now and will probably be more like 80/20 at game time.
