It may not be if you look at it on it's own. But, anything that has to do with any kind of sexual harassment and/or not disclosing harassment at LSU right now is going to draw attention.

Unless it comes out in the investigation that victims were being intimidated and that the football coaches were active in covering it up and intimidating the victims, then no it hasn't gotten there (yet).
