League Representation in Sweet 16

Pac 12: (4) Oregon, USC, UCLA, OSU
SEC: (2) Alabama and Arkansas
ACC: (2) FSU and Cuse
Big East: (2) Villanova and Creighton
Big Ten: (1) Michigan
Big 12: (1) Baylor
AAC: (1) Houston
WCC: (1) Gonzaga
TSL: (1) Oral Roberts
MVC: (1) Loyola Chi.
Not bad for a "shite" basketball conference.
Oregon and USC will take care of each other, and I really like BAMA's chances against UCLA. The SEC has a great opportunity of having as many or more teams in the Elite 8 as any other conference.

Why are so many LSU fans bringing them up tonight?
We already know they’re an elite team.
Hell, Alabama could lose to UCLA if the shots aren’t falling next week.
There’s no need to dick-ride Gonzaga yet.

Take it as a compliment. An accidental compliment. They saw how good we looked tonight, and don't know who else to try to compare us to.

Good one. I would venture to guess that the young idiots on this site have no clue who the original members of the SWC were or at least the core members.

You say COVID, I say FBI. It's interesting to watch the 4 teams on the FBI's most-wanted list this season go about business as usual. Arizona and auburn self-impose their way out of the Big Dance long ago and are just praying they impress the infraction committee enough to keep the long arm of the law at bay. For LSU and Kansas who are still doing the blindfolded tight rope thing over the Grand Canyon, they were sputtering all season and finally, mercifully, never made it out of the first weekend.
Just felt like wearing their mask correctly during a pandemic wasn't what was really bothering these guys all year.
