If UT goes to Indiana St, they’ll be favored to win that regional.

No offense to my Auburn friends, but how does Auburn get to host? #19 in RPI.

They’re borderline, but the hosting bubble is soft.

Compare Auburn to Indiana St, DBU, Campbell, or even Stanford.

The werent #1 this year, Lsu was. And even if they were, we’re talking a drop of 15 spots. That’s not super crazy.

Wasn't your fans calling for USUC to be #1 when y'all took 1 of 2 against LSU ? Who all is in your regional ?

I finally figured out why D1 has Indiana St projected to host even tho they’re 2-9 vs top 50 and 12-13 vs top 100. Their AD is on the selection committee. After 2022 selection announcement their was major emphasis put on OOC scheduling. Indiana St has a non conference SOS ranked 4th overall. You can thank a biased committee for a team like U of SC not hosting.

We don’t deserve to host with how bad we are now

Not trolling - y'all need Tanner out of the AD's office and back in the dugout.

Fair in a more normal year but look at the 2 head to head.

1-4 vs top 25
2-9 vs top 50
13-13 vs top 100
Series wins over 71 Evansville & 81 Missouri St. (only in the top 100)

Or

10-14 vs top 25
18-15 vs top 50
22-18 vs top 100
Series wins over 4 UF, 6 Clemson, 42 Georgia, & 50 Mizzou (all top 50)

If you switched schedules, U of SC has a shot at 50 wins. No way Indiana St sniffs 16 SEC wins and probably fails to win 30 overall.
