Last one that comes to mind was FSU in 2011. We beat them game 1. They whipped us 23-9 (something like that) game 2. We came back and won 11-2 game 3 to advance to the CWS.

Is that what you call the astroturf around the batter’s box? There was flash flooding in north MS, guaranteeing State would be the only conference team to lose today, much less get doubled up 20-10 while blowing through their pen. Too bad no one in that regional is a top 5 team

I’m perfectly happy not having ridiculous ground tires surround the batter’s box at Swayze. And Ole Miss probably would’ve played tonight too if not for the fact that MO State and TN Tech have to play before us, and they opted not to play. At least we have a night game, at home, tomorrow with what should be fantastic weather

Don't know if anybody has scored 20 on LSU in the tourney but in 1996 we beat Georgia Tech 29-13 in the regional title game.
