Why is he messaging her, a potential rape victim suing the school he works for, at all? He's a creep.

He has a long and storied history of poor judgement. It's a trend with him.

The lawsuit had been settled for months, and the chick was on a spree on Twitter slandering everyone she could at Liberty.
Coincidentally, the lawsuit had nothing to do with Freeze…the AD…or anyone related to anything Liberty Athletics. In fact, neither Freeze nor that AD were even at Liberty when it all happened. Yet she went right after their AD all over her social media.
I mean, everyone will have opinions on if he should have tweeted her or not….but maybe he just got tired of it, IDK. That is his program she was running in the ground.

There was the Briarcrest accusations too. Making a girl change shirts in the room with him and paddling another girl without another adult in the room.

I'd also argue there were a lot of poor decisions he should have been fired for but wasn't while at Ole Miss.
