You somehow manage to string together a 4 game winning streak after a terrible start to the season. You’re playing great, looking like one of the best teams in the conference.
The pundits say all you have to do is keep winning and you’re in the tournament.

Who cares? The Mississippi schools are both awful at basketball, and they have 0 excuse to be.
Im not an OM fan so I can’t speak for them, but MSU has history in the sport, so the fact that we can’t build a competitive program is pitiful.
I’m sure probation hasn’t helped either school since if you don’t cough up some big bags for a player or two you aren’t even a D1 school, but still - there’s no excuse for either program.

It’s the tendency for Ole Miss to grab defeat from the jaws of victory time and time again.
A good example was in 2015... Beat Bama for 2nd straight year only to Lose to Arkansas on 4th and 25 to lose the division crown.
