that wasnt out of hate. what i hate is lies.
this attempt to slur law enforcement in the attempt to exonerate a person whose reckless driving did indeed cause the death of an innocent person, is as much a travesty, with much more far-reaching detrimental effects, than the feelings of people my post might offend.
The fact is he was going 80mph appx 400' from the ultimate accident, while approaching a car going 49 mph.
That lady had about 1.5 seconds to evade her own head on certain death.

I am not commenting on anything but the attorney for the Lacy's, who looked like the least trustworthy person I have ever seen.

I heard it reported that Lacy made a call to his attorney within 10 mins of that accident.
In any event, let's please not try to make the death of Mr. Lacy attributed to some wrongful action by LA state police/legal to wrongfully frame or blame Mr Lacy.
That is so wrong and damaging to the common good. let truth speak for itself.
The accident took place in front of the Dollar General, I believe, about 400' from where vudeo shiws Lacy speeding in the opposite lane in front of the Go Bears gas/convenience store.
If he was appriaching at 80mph(or 88mph) and the opposite car at appx 50 mph, do the math.

Most drivers don’t know how to react to a speeding vehicle approaching in their lane of traffic. It takes advanced driving skills to understand braking, driving angles, and the physics of leaving the road for avoidance.
When you cross into someone else’s right of way, you then are trusting whoever is behind the wheel to understand what to do, which in this case was detrimental.
He listened to bad advice. Should’ve just accepted responsibility and took the punishment and moved on in a few years and offered victims retribution.

State was right. Lacy was the cause of that accident, plain and clear, as many witnesses at the scene said. Dont be fooled by this hired gun's sleight of hand. His traveling 80mph in a two lane congested hwy and passing cars in the opposite lane over a no-passing solid double line was the implementing cause. by video evidence he was about 2-3 seconds from a head-on collision. The lady panicked and made a fateful decision to swerve left instead of right into telephone poles.
I agree. He was driving recklessly to the point where it was criminal. He’s not a victim. I sincerely doubt any of this would have happened had he been driving with any degree of responsibility.

He defends child rape, are you really surprised that he defends Lacy going almost 90 in a 40?

People really don’t comprehend the danger of reckless driving. Wish the law would take that as seriously as they do firearms. I’m more afraid of a young punk with car than most things

Obviously he caused a chain of events to happen but this doesn't seem to be true.
How did the guy in front of her easily tap his breaks and get out the way?
She also has some blame in this situation. People are too distracted driving. And I'm not taking his part of the blame away. Without him swerving in and out none of this happens.

Lacy was gojng 80plus mph …. twice as fast as the speed limit and caused an elderly man to fear he was going to be hit head on because he was swerving in and out of lanes …. The highway patrol saw it the same way …. One attorney which is his , suggested because he wasn’t close enough to make contact he shouldn’t be charged .., sorry it doesn’t work that way . Sorry for the LSU fans who keep avoiding the truth but he was no Saint. Now it’s on record but he plive depwrtment saying they stood by their investigation … which concluded he should be charged . 100 percent Lacy’s action caused this event to happen because if no one thought they were going tk be hit they would of not reacted this way … some lsu fans are clueless and if this was your family would be taking up for this pos? No

He has every right to go after the system that cost him his son. I hope he makes every single person who has blood on their hands pay. Louisiana really is a despicable state and the state police need to be abolished.

This is a terrible terrible situation that's being multiplied to make it worse by mis/disinfo.

Lacy’s lawyer pretty much flat lied in the video from the other big thread.
This looks like Lacy has a ton of blame in the wreck.
He suggested Lacy had ZERO involvement and was merely traveling on a road where a crash occurred.

Lawyers would never paint just one side of the picture.
They would never, ever bend the truth to benefit their client.

Funny thing is because one person said it to be true the media and news reported it …. Meanwhile an official report had already came out and reported the facts ….. you choose who you want to believe for your own agenda . Some people were even turning it into a race thing …black peopel always mistreated wtf

They're both at fault, no way that negligent homicide charge would have stuck.

Didn't he kill himself? Why would he do that if he didn't do anything wrong?
