He hasn’t even played a real defense yet!

He is a serviceable solid QB imo

He has 1 more after this. That’s the crazy part. If he improves even more next year, he might play himself into a decent draft spot. Pretty good for a guy who never started in high school.

Not sure what Florida loses on defense, but I would not be surprised to see them win it all next year.

Trevor Lawrence has been a game-manager this year

And a pretty average one at that

Idk about that, I wish. Lose most of dline, starting mlb and 1st round cb. Also will lose most of receiving core. It’ll be a lot to replace.

Joe Burreaux:
2,157 yards
25 TD's
3 INT's
79.6% completion (which will be the all-time record as long as it stays above 76.7%)

Lawrence is having a sophomore slump. IMO, he'll become what everyone things he will but he's not there yet. It happens.

50/50 shot he'll make huge strides by postseason. Hope he doesn't because if he does, Clemson will be lethal again.

Plus after next year he can apply for a medical reshirt since he had two season ending injuries.

Serious question - what do you think happens when Franks returns? Does he automatically get his spot back? QB controversy?

For what it’s worth I agree with you - I don’t see how Franks was starting over this guy. I was at the game Saturday and left very impressed with him.

All a QB needs to be adored by the NFL is height and a big arm. You'd think they would learn by now.

Franks will transfer to Oklahoma and win the Heisman.

No, in all seriousness I think he'll transfer to a smaller school or go play baseball.
