I personally think that although Trask is a great college QB, he may not get high reviews from scouts...the NFL is not emotional..they will examine every aspect of Trask's game. I think there is a chance he can take the free year the NCAA is offering and try to be a high pick next year. Of course I hope he gets evaluated and receives high draft pick now...he has earned it.

UF has had all 3 Heisman QBs not fare well in the pros. Spurrier sat with a clipboard for 9 yrs with the 49ers and Danny had too weak of an arm...Tebow never got the chance really. The best QB in recent years is Rex Grossman with the Bears...he had a cannon...but was 5'11.

Why would the draft combine hurt his stock? He's a QB their not looking at his 40 time. If he can make all throws that NFL coaches and scouts want to see (I assume he can) he should do fine at the combine.

Toney and Grimes will likely opt out as well. Don't see Trask doing that, not the type of guy to not finish something.

He'll be throwing to next years team in the bowl game.

I don’t see Toney or Grimes opting out of the bowl.

Toney was strongly considering opting out before the season started and now he's a 1st round pick. Honestly I'd be surprised if he plays especially considering he's been injury prone his entire career.
