Dude didn’t waste any time announcing that. Already had the graphic like he knew they were losing to Bama

Not a surprise. Will be interested to see if Trask does the same

Most people did.

What makes you think that he did not have multiple graphics depending upon the outcome?
For Pitts, it is simply a wise business decision.

opts out
I'm sick of this phrase. Prior to the season players were given the choice to 'opt out' over fear due to coronavirus and health related concerns.
Once the season for underway you aren't opting out, you're quitting. Fournette started a trend that sadly isn't going away unless something is done about it

Trask is a senior. Not sure the bowl game will help his draft stock . The draft combine will hurt his stock , he may want to sit it out .

As he should, given the current circumstances.
Best TE in the country and it’s not fricking close.
A sure fire top 10 pick.

I expect any player that isn't in the playoffs and worried about a good draft to sit out the bowl game going forward. It sucks, but the lower-tier bowls really don't matter that much

Trask won’t opt out of a bowl, but he’s going to the NFL.
Although his comments last night did leave the door open for one final year.

Mullen made it obvious in the post game presser when he said this is the last time this team will play together as a full team. All the idiots assumed Florida wasn’t going to accept a bowl invitation. It was obvious to me Pitts wouldn’t play in the bowl. This is the same guy who sat out of their two preseason scrimmages and the LSU game. I wouldn’t be surprised if Toney doesn’t play either.

This is what all the top picks will do in the future when they are not in the playoffs. The bowls are even mopre meaningless than ever before until they get tied in to an expanded playoff.

Toney has been a first round projected pick the last few weeks now.
With UF not going to the playoffs, and with everything that’s happened this season, they should opt out.
Pitts got hurt in the 2nd half yesterday too. Go earn that money.

Yes and Dan Mullen is the reason.

Is Toney draft eligible as well? Toney, Pitts, and Trask. Damn, that's basically the entire offense for Florida

I’m not worried about the offense under Mullen.
Coaching, and decision making and being loyal to Todd Grantham are the bigger issues.
Florida won’t be as explosive next year, but they will be much more balanced especially with a QB that can run.
