Former Rutgers head coach. Long time OL coach there under Schiano. He also worked with the OL in Atlanta.

Alabama is also hiring Sal Sunseri from Florida. He previously worked at Alabama.

I like the Flood hire. He has vast amounts of experience. Should really be an asset to the program.

How so? Kyle Flood has been an Oline coach for 20 years except for his stint as OC and then HC at Rutgers. Worked under Sarkisian with the Falcons as well, so it makes sense.
