No sir. FG is just our resident antagonist.

They don't.
The fact is that most all of the Tide fans like Kirby and appreciate what he did in Tuscaloosa.
That clown who posted that is trying to deal with the fact that he's not relevant around the board anymore. His schtick has grown old and lame, and he can't handle being a has-been

Home Run.

I understand why they did it but he's at his alma mater and there's zero chance he leaves. Pay him well but don't pay him like a mercenary.

You either overpay upfront and adjust as needed.

Or underpay (pay kirby like a first year head coach) and cough it up after the championship. Kirby had to earn the right to get that contract. There is no hometown discount when he wasnt given a hometown bump when first hired.

Poor Bama. All they had to work with was their Heisman QB, their 2000 yard RB, two of the best TEs in the SEC, and their Biletnikoff finalist (1st half).

Jameson had 64 yards in a quarter in the NC game. Losing a 1600 yard guy, Metchie a 1150 yard guy, along with the top 3 corners, starting OLB, 2 of the top 3 rbs, best DL later in the game, was too many injuries to overcome.

Remember back in 2007 when the media were all up in arms about Saban's $4 million per year salary? How times have changed.

I remember when everyone freaked out at LSU paying him 2.3 or whatever after his 2003 title. Now, less than 20 years later, that number has multiplied by 5

No bama fan more than you has been educated on all of the players uga had out for multiple reasons.

Somehow, no bama fan more than you is less appreciative that uga had all of those players out.

Obviously.

But in that same vein, every opponent bama faced in the regular season (minus a&m) had too many injuries to overcome.

First quarter, if he played the first half Bama probably wins

If you don't know what you are talking about you should just sit out the conversation. He went down in the second quarter, and still played more snaps than Pickens who was recovering from an ACL tear. But, hey! You can type words, so you want to take advantage of it I guess.

And btw, when he went down in the second quarter the score was 3-3.

And as usual you don't know what you are talking about. He played well into the second quarter and had 65 total yards.
40 yards came on one pass play in the second quarter. He got the rest in the first quarter.

Congrats on showing your ignorance......again.

You are becoming one of my favorite Alabama posters, because you continue to show your ignorance and you never tire of the spanking we give you.

Thanks for getting this back where people can see it. We've established that Georgia had 2 starters out with injury. You've already acknowledged Anderson wasn't injured and you wouldn't have played him if you had the choice.

The first offensive play of the 2nd quarter is a quarter and one play.
Pickens could have played a lot more if he or the coaches had chosen to play him since he played more plays 5 weeks prior.

the only reason Georgia won last year was Alabama had all their best skill guys out

Georgia made a change on the offensive line and beat Alabama like a rented mule on both sides of the line of scrimmage in the second half. That was the biggest difference in the two games.

Alabama's offensive line played way over its head in the first game. The second game was what I expected Georgia's defensive line to do to them in the first game. Alabama had 30 total rushing yards and Bryce Young didn't have time to make sandwiches in the pocket in the second game.
