Have bama fans become complacent with the success?
Anyone attended have the breakout?
How was Indy as a host compared to other venues?

We've been to these for a decade. It's hard to do 3 neutral site games a year every year.

Georgia was trying to win their first title in 40 years.

Obviously they were more willing to go and see it.

Georgia fans probably 70/30 last night. They bought up most of the second hand market.

Indy was ok... At least they had plenty of hotels nearby within walking distance.

Too cold for their outdoor stuff

Bama fans are beyond jaded at this point. It’s like the obese guy who can’t put the fork down.

It’s definitely not cheap with a kickoff neutral game, sec title game, semifinal and final
Tickets travel and hotels aren’t cheap for any of these events

Not so much as many UGA fans having the opportunity to witness a championship for the first time in their lifetime. That’s going to increase demand by itself. It was an easier trip for many UGA fans, too.

Attendance split? 70/30ish.

Cold as frick, but the stadium is nice and Indianapolis’ downtown area is a really easy place to get around. Plenty of parking, everything within walking distance, and most of it accessible through an indoor “skywalk” to avoid the cold.

I was actually just at Elmo’s an hour ago. Waiter said whole thing was blown out of proportion. Coaches wives were in there eating and some guys did it for them. Cops weren’t called that was a security guard.

Maybe it was a cop who was on security detail, but it was 100% a cop.

Elmo's was nice, but IMO opinion overrated. I had a very average ribeye...my Publix has better cuts than the one I had. In terms of the venue, I was shocked to basically encounter zero lines when entering the stadium. I estimate a 70%/30% UGA to Bama. I'd rather not go to Indy in mid-January...way too cold.

Can't speak for the hotels since we flew in on game day and flew back in the wee hours of the morning.
