I think he’d take the LSU job if swamp kittens were a normal fan base. Having to deal with Cajuns and their unreasonable expectations is really not worth it unless you walk in to a Saban built roster or stumble upon the anomalous 2019 roster and coaching staff. LSU fans are about to enter a “Georgia from 1981-2021” era and it might bring them back down to earth. They are Purple and Gold Ole Miss and eventually they’ll realize it.

This fascination with Kiffin baffles me. He's a good OC and maybe he's a good fit as a HC at schools where the ultimate goal is pull an upset once in a while and make good bowl games like Ole Miss, but I don't want him at LSU.
Raiders - dumpster fire
Tennessee - bailed after 1 year
USC - fired on the tarmac after letting ASU hang 60 on them
FAU - He actually did well here, but it's the CUSA
Ole Miss - He went 4-5 in the SEC last year and so far is 0-1
Jury is still out on how this Ole Miss season is going to go and I'll give him credit if it goes well, but the constant premature nuthugging of this guy is confusing, his head coaching career is largely unimpressive other than doing well in the mighty CUSA

Kiffin isn’t going somewhere with impending sanctions and probable huge legal troubles coming. Get over it. LSU ends up with Napier, who will be their second best head coach in the last fifty years.
