Major problem is that he is a lazy recruiter and really doesn't care for it as a total introvert. Hasn't even bothered to build local relationships with HS programs. Kiffin is gone soon enough. Love him as a OC but as a HC...he dooms programs in the long run.

It must suck to be retarded. The average recruiting class for Ole Miss on 247 Sports from 2017 to 2021 was 27th. The majority of these were players that Kiffin didn't recruit and he still had one of Ole Miss's best seasons ever. He's a lot better coach than Jimbo and his top 10 classes that he's been getting for several years now.
