As a reminder Chad Morris redshirted a guy who will probably be All SEC at safety in Jalan Catalon and sat another guy who had 3 picks today in Hudson Clark. Guess he just needed that" one more year"

Ehhh a redshirt year is huge for some guys...to say just cause they are showing out this year and think it would have happened last year is a bit stupid

Morris himself said Catalon was one of the 5 best HS players he had ever seen. He was just an idiot and didn't okay him.
Clark is probably a bit different since he was a walk on but he still probably had some skills.

A lot of football coaches overlook players like him because they are looking for the next NFL star instead of the best football players that can play the game.
Playing football is more than just being or having the best athletes. You still need football players who no matter how big, small, slow or fast they are because they are the play makers. Athleticsm means nothing if you don't make the plays.

Nah this is just not my first season watching SEC football. When a new HC's offense gets shut down, they compliment the opposing defense. When a new HC's defense gets lit up, they compliment the opposing offense. Kiffin is not qualified to speak on SEC defensive standards, pretty obvious..

I agree. We should take advice from a guy sitting on the couch dick in hand over a guy who was a HC at Tennessee and OC at Bama.

Not defending Morris here but redshirt training is much more intense than normal during the season training. It’s highly needed on some hs players and incredibly beneficial

I don't bother looking at rivals or 24/7 much because it is nothing but hype with no substance. Nice for fans to look at by people who never played the game before. But coaches worth a Damn don't look at that shite.
