Both are gonna happen in the next 2 weeks. Kermit Davis will be announced whenever their season ends.

Kermit Davis is already a done deal at Ole Miss. Georgia is already pretty far down the road with Tom Crean.

Neal McCready has already reported that MTSU has just formed a search committee for Kermit Davis replacement. It is a done deal with Kermit Davis. He will be the Ole Miss head coach when MTSU season ends.

I'd prefer Matta to Crean but either one of them is a proven coach who has had success at the Power 5 level which would be an upgrade.
