His condition has been upgraded to "satisfactory".
They're going to get him up to walk around in the next couple of days and they expect him to make a full recovery.

One day after leaving ICU, Lowery is headed home. I guess he was in ICU for so long for precautionary reasons.
He doesn't remember the accident at all, but his brother described him as looking more like he had a bad bike accident than a potentially deadly car accident.
