So, KY fans... How long has it been since AR would have been considered a top 5 rival?

Would you like that to happen again?

and don't say... "Never"

I disagree with my fellow Cat fans on here....Evansville is NOT a rival, the day they are a rival is the day UK bball died. Evansville has never been a rival, Indiana is barely a rival anymore and we don't even play them.

1 Louisville
2 UT
3 Puke
4 Gaytors
5 Indianoplace tie with LSU

In the SEC..I'd guess Tennessee, Florida , Alabama in that order based on winning pct.. All 3 have a better winning pct against KY than Arkansas

They're on several of the lists UK posters have provided. No other SEC team was listed on any of them.

I would imagine they are their biggest rival in the SEC.

Been a while. That kinda died down when Nolan got pushed out. Hope Mus can bring it back though.

I hate to say it because you said not to but I never have considered Arkansas a rival. But that’s because I was a fan of the program after it joined the SEC. It was a blast having another school consistently dedicated to basketball success and the players in that era were very fun to watch. So when I say never, it’s actually out of respect.

Also, as for Arkansas going back to old form, I would very much like it. The sooner the better.

I included Indiana, but we don't play them anymore, so I think that is why they are being left off by most.

They have considered themselves too good to have a SEC rival for years.

I mean, the OP asked for a Top 5 but not exclusive to the SEC. As often as we’ve played teams like UNC, Duke, Kansas, and Louisville in the OOC, and often for something bigger than an SEC title, it makes sense that they dominate those lists.
