Yes, they are hands-down the worst officials in college football, which is really saying something. There have been several instances of just ridiculously outrageous bullshite by Pac 12 refs. The Wisconsin-Arizona State game back in 2013 or so and the Oklahoma-Oregon onside kick bullshite around 10 years ago come to mind right off the top of my head.
