What the hell? The SEC claims to want to build fan support but then hammers the program when they have success.

Fines for fans on the field is just a take back for the home office.

It's happened twice in the last 35 years. Pay the fricks in pennies and move on.

Beating Florida in Lexington after 35 years of frustration almost justifies the expense but a $100,000 fine for rushing the field after beating Miss State in 2018 was embarrassing. I know we’re rivals but still…

Wow…fined for that?

UK had one hell of a win. Why fine them for being excited?

It's almost like 1998 wasn't a thing

I think it should be selective. The Alabama fans that hang their hats on never having rushed the field are the same ones sitting on their hands, yelling at people for standing up on key downs and making noise and leaving early.

Fans are fanatics and with that their passion should be channeled and used well. That is what makes AU a tough road venue. Their fans are ALL IN on big games where hope for a win lingers. And, sure as shite, some dumb bimbo will get stuck in the bushes at JHS over an unlikely iron bowl or DSOR win. And, that is what makes CFB great.

Fines are dumb. But, it's tort reform BS. Someone gets trampled or hit in the head with a falling FG and the University and NCAA are open to litigation. Hard to blame them from a business standpoint.

But, it is equally hard to blame college kids for being excited and acting like college kids.

Just save it for something you are truly proud of accomplishing. The UK field rush was a long time coming and we'll deserved. Money well spent

You guys would rush the field if you beat a dead hooker.

Don’t be so snarky, “if” Tennessee ever beats Alabama your entire state will rush the field….

Call me if Kentucky wins the national title this year. Even still, field rushing is now passé.

Kroger has agreed to pickup the tab. We also used our Kroger plus card to take advantage of the buy one get one half off offer so the next ones virtually free.

It's stupid to fine a team for fans rushing the field. They won't be able to stop their fans from doing so and why would you. Hell let them have their celebration! It's been 35 years since they did! Just another way for a conference to get $$$$!
