Arkansas, while still a ways away from our insanity, is the closest thing to another basketball school in the SEC. They care. Whether they are good or shite, Hog fans care about their basketball team. Everyone else is a Johnny come lately whenever their team is remotely worth a frick. Auburn the most recent example of this phenomenon. After the Hogs I'd put Tennessee. They tend to support their basketball team in down years better than most, but they aren't diehards. Arkansas fans are. They have our respect as a fanbase even if we don't like them.

Yeah well, ok. But you don't have to be a die hard UK/ Arky basketball fan to find a school's team vs another country's national team, interesting.

We should win every game pretty easily I’d say but you never know what the roster will look like for these national teams. The Carleton university team is interesting. They’ve won like 16 out of the last 19 national championships in Canada and have beaten many decent D1 programs in preseason trips like this.

I must admit Oscar is fun to watch. He is everywhere on the court.

Why did he leave WVU? He was doing great there and seemed tailor-made for Huggins.

Are y'all gonna suck like last year ?
We finished the season 26-8 and ranked #7. You're a fricking idiot, and now the whole board knows it.

He had a falling out with Huggins IIRC. Believe Huggins called him lazy after he left which couldn’t be further from the truth.

Yeah. He said he didn't like it there at all. He's right at home here in Lexington and damn if we're not glad to have Big O! Huggins is an idiot.

I have family in the Bahamas and have been there several times when college teams played. It is a nice bonding trip for the teams and historically it's really helped those teams get off to great starts in the regular season. The setup is fantastic and for fans, you really get up close and personal with the players. I highly recommend the trip. Great food, weather, casinos, golf, fishing, beaches, water parks, etc. A bit pricey but worth every penny.

He wanted people to actually see him play. Mostly NBA scouts

To add to OP, I read a few minutes ago that Cal isn’t coaching any of the games. All the assistants will be in a rotation of Antigua, Chin, Flint, and Turner. And both CJ and Thiero will be limited to 10-15 minutes a game, with a 8-man rotation in general.

Should be a fun watch.

Who is this Kansas/LSU clown still on a SEC board. Does the big 12 not have anything for you? I know Kansas sucks @$$ but go find a board to talk Kansas sports

And now, on top of Cal not coaching, we aren't playing the U22 team, we're playing the older team. I guess that's the official national Olympic team??

30 minutes away! C-A-T-S!
