"Two years ago, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs Dr. Dan Givens, a Kentucky native and Wildcat fan-turned Auburn Tiger, posed for photos with then Auburn DVM students who hail from Kentucky. The Tigers defeated Kentucky 75-70."

"Our educational relationship is strong and vital, beginning with an agreement in 1951. Because Kentucky has no DVM program, the Commonwealth meets its needs in veterinary education through a contract with Auburn's College of Veterinary Medicine. "

My girlfriend is a Kentucky native in the vet school at Auburn and they love that shite during basketball season

When I was a student, they all came into the student section wearing AU gear, and then they shed the shirts at tip-off to reveal Kentucky gear. They flooded our student section and Nerlins Noel kicked our teams arse all night. Fun stuff lol.

Dr. Givens seems like a cool guy.

There are surprisingly no girls in that photo above an OT 5.
Maybe the bottom left long haired brunette is the best.

I've always thought that was pretty cool. Odd but cool.

Yeah, it’s a long standing agreement between the two schools that Kentucky vet students attend (with instate tuition I believe).

Lots of Kentucky-native, Auburn grads down at the track here in Louisville.

yeah they get in state tuition

The KY chairs for the incoming vet school classes are super competitive too.

My vet and all the vets at his practice are Auburn grads. He's on their board of directors too. I always give him a "War Eagle" when I see him, but I wouldn't have if I had seen him today.
