KenPom SEC Basketball Program Rankings since 2001

2 lists - an average and a median of KP ranks since the first public data in 2001. Obviously teams that have had high highs and low lows will benefit from the median. Cosnistent programs will benefit from the average.

We made some truly dreadful hires in Trent Johnson and Johnny Jones, Brady had a couple duds in there too

Auburn's average KP ranking from 2001-2017 was 120. Their 3 best years were #46 (2003), #59 (2009) and #62 (2001).

From 2018-2019 it is 17 (2018 #23, 2019 #11).

Two of those three between 2001-2017 were Cliff Ellis. Shows how bad Lebo and Barbee were.

Yeah and there's a 22.3 ranking spread between 13th place UGA and last place AU on the 2001Average chart. For perspective there's a 24.3 spread between #5 Vandy and #13 UGA.

So AU has been high school level bad.
