It does seem kind of weird to see them there right now. I think we all expect them to probably end up there by the end of the season, but the results so far don't seem like they'd have them at 4.

We play UT-Arlingtopn (whoopie) this week and then at least Wake Forest next week. Losses to KSU and Wake wouldnt be a good way to enter conference play even if those are only 2 losses, we just played practically nobody.

Alabama is an Elite Eight team or better imho
LSU should be undefeated, they beat KSU. Back half of their schedule is a feast and they'll be gelling by then.

I cheer against all SEC schools when they play out of conference. In all sports. All the time. I'm an Arkansas fan/alum. I have no allegiance to the other SEC schools. You're not special.

It's the best team I've watched play this year. I've got a buddy who is a big Clown Bird fan, and we were talking basketball. I said I thought Beard was one of the top coaches in the game right now, and he got a bit offended at the mere suggestion that someone could approach the greatness of the one and only bill self. But based on what he did at UALR, then taking ttu to a final four and now how he's got utex playing, I'd say his track record bears that out. Relatively speaking, his time as a head coach is still pretty early. I expect him to play for a lot of championships in the coming years. Wish it was somewhere other than tex but it doesn't mean he's not a hell of a coach

I find it a bit fun, most of the time. I can't argue with your football results, although I think we both suck... You just a quarter of an inch less.
