Looks like A&M has a pretty tough away schedule playing @Clemson, @Georgia and @LSU. I'll be interested in hearing what fans that went to both the Clemson and LSU games have to say about each Death Valley?

They will affirm ours is the contender, while LSU is s pretender.

Well, since we're new BFF's, this won't hurt my feelings.

According to lsunow.com (pro LSU) and many other websites. Clemson originated it

The name was solidified in the early 1960s when former Clemson coach Frank Howard received what came to be known as “Howard’s Rock” from an alumnus who had plucked it from the sands of California’s Death Valley.
One local legend suggests that a few years later, LSU began to refer to Tiger Stadium as “Deaf Valley” as a way to differentiate between the Tigers of Clemson, but eventually shifted into “Death Valley” after sports writers and opposing fans from other parts of the country confused the thick Southern accent locals used.

It's finally fitting that both LSU and Clemson both call their stadiums "Death Valley".
I expect LSU to add a rock sometime in the near future.

I'd be okay if we went back to Deaf Valley...seems more unique.

Death Valley is where the Tigers prepare for championships.
Little Brother Death Valley is where a bunch of drunks gather and sing about fellating animals.
You figure it out.

It’s really odd, LSU fans screaming out about how they want to suck a tigers dick

I agree. Sounds cool and you LSU fans never listen.

A&M’s perspective will be as good as anyone’s this year comparing the two. I can already see La state melting if they get an honest assessment that it’s the subpar Death Valley.

Everyone will appreciate an "honest" assessment, but it'll be hard to figure the honest ones out from all the trolls.
